By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which form part of your contract with us.
Last updated: 20 October 2026.
Placing an order
Our contract with you starts when we email you an order confirmation. Until then, a product page is an invitation to order, not an offer to sell.
Our products are limited runs. If a design sells out before we accept your order, or if we spot a pricing or description error, we will tell you and refund anything you have paid in full.
Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Batburn is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to your order.
You pay in full at checkout. Payments are handled by secure third-party payment providers, and we never see or store your full card details.
Shipping costs, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay. Orders sent outside the UK may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country, which you are responsible for paying.
Pre-orders
Some products are sold on pre-order. You pay in full when you order, and we dispatch once the production run is ready.
The estimated dispatch date for Varyn Ap Nox is December 2026. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. If it changes, we will let you know by email.
If your order has not been dispatched by 31 December 2026, you can ask for a full refund by emailing id.batburn@gmail.com. We will refund you within 14 days of your request, to the payment method you used.
This does not affect your legal right to cancel, set out under "Your right to cancel and refunds" below.
Delivery
We ship from the UK. We deliver within the UK and to the other countries shown at checkout. Delivery options, costs and timings are set out in our Shipping Policy.
The goods become yours once we have received full payment. They are at your risk once they are delivered to the address you gave us.
Please check your delivery address carefully before you order. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we may need to charge you to send it again.
Your right to cancel and refunds
If you are buying as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of the day you receive your goods, without giving a reason.
To cancel, email id.batburn@gmail.com with your name, your order number, and a clear statement that you want to cancel.
Please send the goods back to us within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling. You pay the cost of returning them. Once we receive the goods, or proof that you have sent them, we will refund you within 14 days, using the payment method you used for the order.
Please return items in the condition you received them. We may reduce your refund if the goods have lost value because they were handled more than was needed to check them.
Full details, including how to return an item, are in our Refund Policy.
Faulty or wrongly described goods
Your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms. Goods must match their description, be of satisfactory quality, and be fit for their purpose.
If something arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, email id.batburn@gmail.com with your order number and a photo if you can. Depending on the problem, you may be entitled to a repair, a replacement, or a refund. We will cover the cost of returning faulty goods.
Artwork and intellectual property
The artwork and designs on our products and website, along with the Batburn name, logo, text and images, belong to Batburn or are used with permission. Our designs are created by independent artists, who are credited on our website.
Buying a product gives you ownership of that physical product only. It does not give you any rights in the artwork. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or use our designs, name or logo for commercial purposes without our written permission.
You are welcome to share photos of products you have bought on social media.
Using our website
Please use batburn.com lawfully and fairly. Do not try to disrupt the site, access parts of it you are not meant to, or use bots or automated tools to place orders. Limited runs are meant for real customers.
We try to keep the information on the site accurate, but we cannot promise it is always complete or up to date. Our site may link to other sites, such as Discord. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
Our responsibility to you
If we break these terms or fail to take reasonable care, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that was a foreseeable result. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for loss to any business you run.
Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
Events outside our control
We are not responsible for a delay or failure to deliver caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, strikes, fire, supplier or courier failures, or government action. If this happens, we will contact you and explain what it means for your order.
This does not limit your right to a refund if your order has not been dispatched by 31 December 2026, as set out under "Pre-orders" above.
Complaints and contact
If you have a question or a complaint, email id.batburn@gmail.com. We aim to reply within 5 working days.
If we cannot resolve a problem between us, Citizens Advice offers free guidance to UK consumers on what to do next.
Changes, privacy and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones on our website on the day you placed it.
How we collect and use your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear any dispute. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts. If you live outside the UK, you may also have consumer rights under the laws of your own country, which these terms do not take away.
