Where we ship

We ship from the UK to UK addresses and to the other countries offered at checkout. If your country is not listed at checkout, we cannot currently deliver there. Please check your delivery address carefully before you order.

Shipping costs

Shipping within the UK is free.

For orders outside the UK, the shipping cost depends on the destination and is shown at checkout before you pay. You will never be charged for shipping that was not shown at checkout.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders for the first Batburn release, Varyn Ap Nox, are pre-orders. We expect to dispatch them in December 2026. This is an estimate, and we will email you if it changes.

Once an order is dispatched, delivery times depend on the carrier and your location. Orders within the UK usually arrive sooner than international orders. We cannot control delays caused by carriers or customs, so any delivery time we give is an estimate, not a guarantee.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders sent outside the UK may be charged import duties, taxes or handling fees by the destination country or the carrier. These are not included in the price you pay at checkout. You are responsible for paying them, and for finding out what they will be before you order.

If you refuse to pay these charges and the parcel is returned to us, we will refund the cost of the goods but not the original shipping, and we may deduct any return shipping charges we incur.

Lost or damaged parcels

We will email you when your order is dispatched, with tracking details where the service includes them.

If your parcel has not arrived by the estimated time, or arrives damaged, email id.batburn@gmail.com with your order number. We will look into it with the carrier and, if the parcel is lost or damaged in transit, send you a replacement or a refund.

Returns

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return it for any reason. This is longer than the 14 days the law requires, and it does not affect your legal rights.

We accept returns of opened packs as well as unopened ones. Please send items back in a reasonable condition, with no damage beyond normal opening.

How to return an item

Email id.batburn@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your name and order number, and say which items you are returning.
We will reply with the return address and any instructions.
Post the items back to us. Please keep your proof of postage.

For returns because you changed your mind, you pay the postage to send the items back. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we will cover the cost of returning it.

Please do not send items back before we have given you the return address, as we cannot accept parcels sent to any other address.

Refunds

We refund you within 14 days of receiving your returned items, or of receiving proof that you have posted them, whichever is earlier. Refunds go back to the payment method you used for the order.

A refund covers the price of the items. For change-of-mind returns it also covers the original standard shipping if you return the whole order within 14 days of delivery, as the law requires. For faulty or wrongly described items, we refund the shipping in full.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, email id.batburn@gmail.com with your order number and a photo if you can. Depending on the problem, we will repair it, replace it, or refund you. We will cover the cost of sending the item back.

These rights sit alongside your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which this policy does not limit.

Pre-order refunds

If your pre-order has not been dispatched by 31 December 2026, you can ask for a full refund by emailing id.batburn@gmail.com. We will refund you within 14 days of your request, to the payment method you used. We will email you if the dispatch date changes, so you can decide whether to wait or cancel.
